The technology Fragata built for its own client service, now available to real estate brokers and agencies that work in the high end.
What it is
Maestro is a client service platform for the real estate market. It talks with the client on the broker's own WhatsApp, answers questions about that broker's properties, understands what the person is looking for, organizes the contacts and takes care of the agreed follow-ups, and steps aside as soon as the broker joins the conversation.
It does not replace the professional. It takes care of what eats up the professional's day: replying fast, never missing a message, remembering to follow up, keeping everything on record.
Who it is for
- Independent brokers with their own CRECI and CNPJ, who serve clients on their personal work WhatsApp and do not want to change their number.
- Partner agencies that want to give their brokers a client service with immediate replies, without setting up an on-call team.
Fragata Clube is a high-end real estate agency and also provides Maestro, the technology it built for its own client service, to brokers and agencies that are companies independent from it.
Each client is a company independent from Fragata. Maestro is hired as a service.
How it works
You connect your own number
The connection is made through WhatsApp's official process (Facebook Login for Business and Embedded Signup). The WhatsApp Business account and the number remain yours. We only operate on your behalf and under your direction.
Your WhatsApp stays on your phone
You do not lose the app, the number or the conversations. Maestro starts serving clients on the same number, alongside you.
Maestro answers
It answers the questions about your properties, records what the client is looking for, arranges the visit and hands it over to you, and keeps the follow-up it promised at the agreed time. When the client asks to speak with a person — or when you join the conversation — it goes quiet and hands the service back to you.
You take over whenever you want
Every conversation is on record, and the service returns to your hands at any moment: you only have to reply. The one who shows up at the visit is always you, never Maestro.

Privacy and control
Whoever talks with you keeps talking with you. Maestro works under your instructions, and the data from your client service is yours.
Anyone being served can ask to stop receiving automated messages at any time — just reply PARAR or STOP. The request is recorded permanently and respected by the whole system, including the automated reminders. To receive them again, just reply VOLTAR.
