Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the messaging service that Fragata Private Brokers operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and of the internal platform through which our team conducts real estate advisory conversations.
2. What the service does
We answer enquiries, present properties, schedule viewings and coordinate real estate transactions through WhatsApp and other agreed channels. Replies may be drafted with the assistance of artificial intelligence models and are always supervised by our team, who can take over a conversation at any moment.
3. What the service does not do
- It does not provide legal, tax or investment advice.
- It does not conclude a sale or lease. Any transaction is formalized through a written instrument signed by the parties.
- Information about properties, prices and availability is subject to confirmation and may change without notice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use our channels to send unlawful, offensive or fraudulent content, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may end a conversation that breaches this.
5. Opting out
Reply "stop" or any equivalent at any moment. We stop immediately and permanently.
6. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including how to request deletion.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party infrastructure, including the WhatsApp Business Platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
