AK Realty Incorporação was established in 1998 and is the real estate development unit of Grupo Induscred, a conglomerate active in the real estate and financial markets. Headquartered in São Paulo, it has delivered thousands of units across residential, commercial, mixed-use and hotel projects.
Product vision
The portfolio ranges from large corporate floor plates to exclusive residences. Among its landmarks are Edifício CYK, cited as the first Triple A building on Avenida Paulista and a benchmark for sustainability, and Convention Corporate Plaza. In its move into the luxury residential segment, the company favours low-density products and signature architecture.
