Two gardens along the Cidade Jardim axis signed by the same firm: the outdoor areas of FFi's house condominiums.
Who they are
Cris Bermudez (Paisagismo Cris Bermúdez) is a São Paulo landscape design firm, led by Cristiane Salgado Bermúdez, dedicated to enhancing residential and commercial outdoor areas with solutions designed for each client. In the archive the firm appears twice along the same axis and for the same developer: the two house condominiums that FFi built in Cidade Jardim, both with architecture by Gui Mattos.
The firm’s trajectory beyond these works is not yet documented in a verifiable public source, and for that reason is not described here.

Signs the landscape design of 2 developments in the portfolio:
- Quintas Cidade Jardim — in Cidade Jardim, a house condominium by FFi with architecture by Gui Mattos, under construction.
- Vilas do Bosque Cidade Jardim — seven residences by FFi, also with Gui Mattos on the architecture and decoration by Vinicius Menegasso Rossi; the credit appears in the technical sheet published by the developer itself.
