Guima Arquitetos
A São Paulo architecture and urban planning firm specialising in high-end condominiums — present in the technical file of one of the addresses in the collection, discreet everywhere else.
Who it is
Guima Arquitetos Associados is a São Paulo architecture and urban planning firm. In the known versions of its own website, it presented itself as a house of architecture and urban planning projects and consulting, with four lines of work — architecture, urban planning, competitions and management — and, in the last published version, defined itself as a firm for high-end condominium architecture. The website is no longer online.
In the collection, it signs the architectural design of Palmares 875, an eight-house condominium in Brooklin, alongside the landscape design of Alex Hanazaki.
Deliberately short entry: the founding date, ownership structure and portfolio of the firm could not be found in open, verifiable sources. What is not known is left blank.
Landmark works
- Palmares 875, in Brooklin — eight houses of 481 to 495 m², developed by JLN, with landscape design by Alex Hanazaki.
