Who it is
Founded in 2016, HIRE Capital began by managing the real estate portfolio of the Heilberg family (linked to HIX Capital, an equities and private equity house) and built its own platform for origination, execution and asset management. It operates as a partnership, headquartered in Itaim Bibi, and reports around R$ 1 billion in investments made since its founding, according to the manager itself. In residential, it enables developments through club deals and funds, coming in with capital and development alongside executing builders.
Product vision
It operates across four fronts — residential, corporate, logistics and real estate credit —, with integrated management from origination to divestment and a preference for consolidated locations in São Paulo’s West and South Zones. On the income side, it manages the HIRE11 logistics fund, listed on B3.
