InPar
A historic player: a 1990s developer that became Viver and left the stage in judicial reorganisation. Kept in the base only as a reference for those who signed some of the collection's developments.
Who it is
InPar was created in 1992 by Alcides Parizotto, the same entrepreneur who founded Atacadão. It went public in 2007 (Novo Mercado) and, in 2009, had control passed to the American fund Paladin Realty Partners. In 2011 the company changed its name to Viver Incorporadora e Construtora and shifted to a nationwide economic profile. In 2016 Viver entered judicial reorganisation. The brand is no longer active in the high-end market.
