KOM Arquitetura (legal name KOM Arquitetura e Planejamento Ltda.) is a São Paulo architecture practice founded in 1991, based in Jardim Paulista. Over more than three decades it has built a broad portfolio, spanning shopping centres, corporate buildings, hotel developments and high-end residential condominiums, both horizontal and vertical. It is led by partners Beatriz Krug Ometto Moreno and Flavia Ometto Moreno.
Language and signature
The practice combines experience in large-scale projects with the care demanded by fine residential work: contemporary façades of elegant lines, floor plans that favour the integration between social and private areas, and a reading of each plot within the urban fabric.
