Who they are
Márcia Kalil is an architect who runs her own interior architecture practice in São Paulo, based in Vila Nova Conceição. She has worked for around three decades exclusively in interiors, with a stated method: start from the client’s wishes and resolve them through functionality, drawing on a broad repertoire of materials.
The house also signs Turnkey, a full-delivery service — design, financial planning, construction and decoration — in which the buyer receives the property ready, equipped and furnished. In new developments, the operation begins before the occupancy permit is issued, so that the owner can move in or lease as soon as the keys are handed over.
