Namour Incorporação e Construção was founded in April 1976 and operates development and construction in an integrated way — from planning and sales to execution, delivery and after-sales. It has launched more than sixty developments and built more than one million square metres, with headquarters on Rua Joaquim Floriano, in Itaim Bibi.
Product vision
- Positioning: high-end residential and commercial property, heavily concentrated in the affluent southern zone.
- Anchor area: between 1980 and 2000 it accounted for around 500,000 m² built in Moema, Vila Nova Conceição, Aclimação, Itaim and Vila Mariana.
- Differentiators: PBQP-H level A certification since 2009 and ISO 9001 since 2012, with a stated discipline on construction deadlines.
