Who they are
Plaenge is a builder and developer based in Londrina, Paraná, with 55 years of operation and a scale little known in the Rio–São Paulo corridor: more than 500 property developments delivered, 370 industrial projects across 19 Brazilian states and in Venezuela, more than 120,000 people living in a property under the brand, and around 3,800 direct employees. The newspaper Valor Econômico, in its Valor 1000 ranking, names it the largest and best builder in southern Brazil, and the company presents itself as the country’s largest privately held property builder.
Its property operation covers nine cities in six states — Londrina, Maringá, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Campinas, Campo Grande, Cuiabá, São Paulo — and Chile. The group brings together Plaenge, Plaenge Industrial, Plaenge Chile, Vanguard and Vanguard Chile, plus the design studio VERAH.
Its arrival in São Paulo is recent and deliberate. “For us it is a great joy to return to São Paulo. It is our essence, and now our legacy for the Jardins,” says managing partner Alexandre Fabian, presenting Etmo Jardins, the house’s second launch in the São Paulo capital.
Product vision
