Who they are
Stan Desenvolvimento Imobiliário is a São Paulo family developer (the Neuding family), with more than 70 years of history, originating from the former developer Espécie, which made its name in the 1970s in Higienópolis and Jardins. It operates in the high end, with more than a hundred developments and two million square metres, and became known for bringing new concepts to the market, from loft living to award-winning signature architecture. It was the first developer in the country to offset carbon emissions.
