Who it is

Tecnisa (B3: TCSA3) was founded in 1977 by Meyer Joseph Nigri, then a student at Poli-USP, and remains one of São Paulo’s traditional developers, listed on the Novo Mercado since 2007. With more than 7 million m² built, it has a strong presence in the high-end segment and a strategic focus concentrated on the capital.
