Born in 2019, it operates predominantly in the West Zone — Pinheiros, Alto de Pinheiros, Jardins and Jardim Paulistano — in low-density, high-end residential and commercial developments. Daniel Toti leads the operation; the headquarters are in Vila Madalena.

Toca55’s signature is signature architecture as its structuring concept. The house draws on well-known firms — Triptyque, Bernardes Arquitetura, Isay Weinfeld, FGMF — in projects with few units, moving between new construction and careful retrofitting.
