Who it is
TODOS is a São Paulo studio of architecture, interiors and scenography founded by architects Maurício Arruda, partner and head of creation, and Fábio Mota, partner and executive head. The house defines itself as specialising in 3D branding: it starts from the principle that architecture doesn’t just build physical space, but tells stories and creates connections — between people, brands and institutions — and that design is a communication tool.
Maurício Arruda is an architect and interior designer of versatile, functional style, with wide national visibility from having presented the programme Decora, on the GNT channel; Fábio Mota brings the studio’s technical, detail-oriented reading. The team covers four fronts — residential, development, corporate and commercial — from its base on Rua Haddock Lobo, in the Jardins.
Language
- Method: each project is treated as a unique narrative, with the client in the role of protagonist; the work is collaborative, and the reading of needs becomes space.
- Signature: a contemporary aesthetic with an urban language, prioritising comfort, practicality and versatile floor plans, able to keep pace with changes in routine.
