Varicred
A half-century-old family firm that splits its time between developing high-end homes and managing its own income-producing assets.
Who they are
Varicred describes itself as a family business with half a century of track record in the real estate market, operating on two fronts: the development of high-end residences and the management of income-producing assets. It is a combination that shapes the firm’s behaviour — a company that also manages what it builds tends to decide with a long horizon, and Varicred holds in its portfolio everything from residential towers in upmarket neighbourhoods to corporate buildings and logistics warehouses.
The head office is in Indianópolis, on Avenida Ibirapuera, and the operation includes its own client portal and agent area, plus a public site diary, with a percentage of progress by stage — a rare practice, and one that says a great deal about the firm’s degree of transparency.
Product vision
- Positioning: high-end residential in the upmarket neighbourhoods of the western and southern zones of the city, with single towers and large floor areas.
- Differentiators: public tracking of construction progress, stage by stage; the choice of signature firms for architecture, decoration and landscaping; and the income-generating arm, which gives the operation a solid asset backing.
- Reach: the city of São Paulo, plus a logistics asset in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza.
