Who they are
Vitacon was founded in 2009 by Alexandre Lafer Frankel and his brother Ariel Frankel, based in São Paulo. The firm specialised in compact flats, studios and the concept of housing as a service (multifamily/build-to-rent), of which it is a pioneer in Brazil, and it gave rise to Housi, a rental spin-off. Ariel Frankel is now Vitacon’s CEO.
