Maison Jolie

History

Maison Jolie is one of the addresses in the Maison line, the family of buildings with which Zaboi has occupied the Jardins over three decades — Sophie, Marie, Chloe, Danielle, Louise, Helena, Marina, Catherine, Josephine. A boutique developer with its own capital, Zabo works one project per plot and sells to a public that already lives in the neighbourhood: the yardstick is not the number of units, it is the size of the floor plan and what fits on the ground floor. Delivered in 2012, Maison Jolie sits between Alameda Francai and Rua José Maria Lisboai, on the even-numbered stretch of Peixoto Gomide.

Jardim Paulista: the address

Jardim Paulistai is the heart of the Jardinsi — a grid of tree-lined alamedas between Avenida Paulistai and Avenida Nove de Julhoi, where the city concentrates its finest shops, restaurants and clinics without ever losing its residential pace. Rua Peixoto Gomidei crosses the neighbourhood parallel to Rua Augustai and Alameda Lorenai, a few minutes from Parque Trianoni and MASPi, and walking gets you almost everywhere: Rua Oscar Freirei, bakery, pharmacy, school.
