Who it is
Alexandre Milleu Arquitetura is a São Paulo firm based in Santana, founded by Alexandre Milleu — who graduated in 1984 from the Faculdades Farias Brito, today Universidade de Guarulhos, with more than thirty years of output in residential, commercial and institutional buildings, gated communities and single-family houses — and by Maria Meireles, who graduated in 1992 from the Faculdade de Belas Artes de São Paulo, and who is responsible for the development, management and coordination of projects.
The firm does not present itself as a signature atelier, but as an end-to-end development partner: it advises from the site feasibility study and product concept through to the legal design, the executive design, licensing with city halls and construction follow-up. Its published portfolio exceeds ninety developments, for clients such as EZTEC, Trisul, Mitre Realty, Gafisa, CWDS, Corpotec, Patrimônio, One and Escritório Brasília de Imóveis.
Language
- Style: real-estate product architecture, with a declared focus on quality of life and community — the firm speaks of “creating spaces to human scale” and transforming landscapes, not of creating its own language.

The Brasília family, built over years for the same client, is the most visible example: more than a dozen residential and commercial towers with the same prefix, each one a step above the last.
