AMZ Arquitetos is a São Paulo architecture firm, with ultra-high-end residential projects in São Paulo. In this collection, authorship is jointly credited to Ricardo Hering and Gabriela Coelho, the architects the developer names alongside the firm’s brand. Its history, founding year and full portfolio have not yet been established from a primary source.

- Oscar 900 (Jardim Paulista), at the corner of Rua Oscar Freire and Rua Bela Cintra: thirteen residences of 237 m², one per floor, plus duplex and triplex penthouses, with interiors by Patricia Anastassiadis and landscaping by Orsini Paisagismo.
