Who they are
Birmann was founded in 1978 by Aron Birmann and is now run by his son Rafael Birmann, a national benchmark in high-end corporate office development. The firm marked the evolution of São Paulo’s office landscape with landmark buildings (from São Paulo Office Park, on the Marginal, to B32, on Faria Lima) and was the historic developer of the Panamby area, where it donated Parque Burle Marx to the city and built the Tangará complex.
