Who they are
Cidade Náutica is the company that, according to the institutional history of Administradora Jardim Acapulco, took on in 1974 the project of converting 3.2 million square metres on Praia de Pernambuco, in Guarujá, into a residential area with full infrastructure. That project gave rise to Jardim Acapulco: 2,473 plots, fifty kilometres of paved streets and avenues, and six hundred thousand square metres of green area.
The archive has no record of the company’s founding date, headquarters, website or other undertakings — no primary source beyond the subdivision’s own history brings this data, and the house rule is to leave blank what is not known.
