Who they are
Conartes Engenharia e Edificações was born in 1980 in Nova Lima, in Greater Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais), and is part of a business group that also operates in transport and hospitality, with operations in Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Espírito Santo. In 1998 it was one of the first construction companies in Brazil to receive ISO 9001 Certification, and it received the Wady Simão Medal from Sinduscon-MG, the industry’s most important award in Minas Gerais. Headquartered in Vale do Sereno, in Nova Lima, it has delivered more than thirty developments since 1988 — mostly high-end residential and commercial buildings in upscale neighbourhoods of Belo Horizonte (Belvedere, Funcionários, Savassi, Sion, São Pedro) and in Nova Lima (Vila da Serra) — with occasional forays into São Paulo, among them the Voir Ibirapuera.
