Who it is
J-VM Arquitetos Incorporadores brings design and development together under the same structure — the house’s stated thesis is that architecture and development “can and should walk side by side”. It grew out of the partnership between JLJ Incorporação e Empreendimentos and the architecture practice of Vicente Montano, and adds up to around R$ 1.2 billion in launched GSV (gross sales value), with ten developments launched and eight completed.
Product vision
- Positioning: highest-end residential, low density, generous floor areas.
- Anchor addresses: Itaim Bibi, Jardins, Vila Nova Conceição and Moema.
- Model: in-house design (Vicente Montano) paired with a contracted builder — RFM for the Itaim products, R. Yazbek in Jardins.
Launches
- Casa’Alba, on Alameda Franca — 16 residences, under construction.
- HAY Itaim and OBY Itaim, in Itaim Bibi — delivered in 2024.
