Who she is
Martha Gavião is a landscape architect heading the practice that bears her name, founded in 1989, based in Pinheiros. She began her career in 1982 at the practice of landscape designer Benedito Abbud and has built an extensive client list, including major builders. She is recognised for her commitment to native, low-maintenance and highly beautiful vegetation, and for striking solutions in vertical gardens, façade planters and green rooftops that add value to a development from the moment of arrival.
