Mitre Realty (B3: MTRE3) has its roots in a family builder from 1960s São Paulo and took its current shape from 2008, under Fabrício Mitre, the family’s third generation, going public on the Novo Mercado in 2020. It operates across several segments, from economy to ultra-high-end. In 2022 it won the Daslu brand at a court auction, with which it aims for leadership in São Paulo luxury.
