History
Conceived by Mitre Realty as its largest launch in São Paulo, Naeem is built on a plot of more than 5,000 m² on Rua Capote Valente — an unusual footprint for Pinheiros, which opens up space for circulation, landscaping and leisure above the neighbourhood’s standard. The project marks an unprecedented international partnership: the arrival in Brazil of the NKEY studio, which signs the decoration of the common areas and the show apartments. The architecture is by Königsberger Vannucchi and the landscaping by Benedito Abbud.
