The neighbourhood’s story
Alto de Pinheiros is a garden neighbourhood in the western zone, developed by the Cia. City from the 1930s, the same firm behind the Jardins and Cidade Jardim. Strictly residential, low-rise and heavily tree-lined, it is one of the city’s greenest neighbourhoods. It attracts high-income families and executives from the Faria Lima and Marginal axes who want quiet, houses and contact with greenery, without losing proximity to the financial centre.
Low land supply, few new launches and a preserved low-rise profile guarantee consistent appreciation and exclusivity.
