History

A launch by Tegra in partnership with Exto, with architecture by Königsberger Vannucchi, interiors by Débora Aguiar and landscaping by Mera, the Ampére Brooklin proposes a new standard of luxury in the heart of the neighbourhood. Tegra positions Brooklin as the new frontier of high-end living.

  • Concept: low-density exclusivity combined with Double View, two terraces per apartment with views on two faces of the tower.
  • Trivia: the Tegra plus Exto partnership was born from joining adjoining plots, making the project viable.

Architecture and aesthetics

The gesture that defines the tower is, above all, a matter of layout: two apartments per floor on a 3,154 m² plot leave each unit with more than one open face — and that is where Double View, the signature of the Königsberger Vannucchi design, is born. Instead of concentrating the whole balcony along a single strip of façade, the design splits it into two terraces per apartment, facing different sides of the tower: the same floor plan now has two views and two lights throughout the day. The gourmet terrace runs nine metres, the living room exceeds thirty square metres and the lift opens onto a private social hall. From outside, the reading is of a single, slender tower, in contemporary language — 42 residences stacked over twenty-nine storeys, rather than spread across a wide podium. Interiors by Débora Aguiar and landscaping by Mera.

Brooklin: the address

Brooklin learned to be two neighbourhoods at once: residential at its core, corporate at its edges. Rua André Ampére sits in that core — a leafy residential street — a few blocks from one of the city’s main office hubs, the Berrini–Chucri Zaidan axis. It is a neighbourhood that delivers on foot what most of São Paulo only delivers by car: D&D Shopping and Shopping Nações Unidas less than six hundred metres away, the Line 17 – Gold monorail at Estação Chucri Zaidan, the Line 9 – Emerald train at Estação Berrini and Parque Bruno Covas, on the redeveloped banks of the Pinheiros river, about five hundred metres away. Faria Lima and Chácara Santo Antônio close off the same axis, a few minutes away in each direction. The counterpoint comes at the weekend, when the offices empty out and the neighbourhood is left to those who actually live there.
