Edifício Malta was delivered in 1976 by Construtora Adolpho Lindenbergi, a classic representative of Cerqueira César’s high end: a single, exclusive tower, with just one apartment per floor across 13 storeys. The units are spacious — around 363 m², with 4 bedrooms (3 suites) and 3 parking spaces — which keeps it among the area’s prime addresses almost 50 years on.

Cerqueira César: the address

Rua Padre João Manueli is one of the residential cross-streets of the Jardinsi, between Haddock Loboi and Peixoto Gomidei — the side of Cerqueira Césari used for living, not for shopping. The shops stop at the corner: Oscar Freirei and the fashion-house quadrant are blocks away, Sírio-Libanêsi and Avenida Paulistai just above, and the Alameda Casa Brancai market on Thursdays is what remains of neighbourhood life in such a central stretch.
