Who they are
Founded in 1954, in the year of São Paulo’s fourth centenary, Construtora Adolpho Lindenberg was born from the vision of engineer and architect Adolpho Lindenberg and became one of the most traditional names in Brazilian high-end housing. A publicly traded company (B3: CALI3) and now an arm of Lindenberg Investimentos, it totals more than seven hundred developments and more than fourteen million square metres built over seven decades. It pioneered the concept of “stacked houses”, the country’s first flat, and the first building with private pools on the terraces.
