History
By Construtora Adolpho Lindenberg in partnership with Eztec, with architecture by Itamar Berezin, decoration by João Armentano and landscaping by Benedito Abbud, Park Lane Ibirapuera was marketed as the first ultra-luxury building in Moema. With one apartment per floor, it is 600 metres from the metro and 900 metres from Ibirapuera. It is one of the three “Park” developments in the batch, alongside Park Avenue (which it shares Eztec with) and Park View.
- Concept: low-density ultra-luxury, with one resident per floor, in Moema.
- Curiosities: it was marketed as the neighbourhood’s first ultra-luxury building.
Architecture and aesthetics
Thirty storeys on a 2,079 m² plot, with a single residence per slab: that’s the design concept. Itamar Berezin chose the slender tower over the wide block, and the consequence shows on the inside — the 375 m² floor plan occupies the entire storey, with no shared wall, and the private lift opens straight into the unit, so that each floor’s hall belongs to a single family. The programme extends downward, into the 548 m² garden flat, and upward, into the 688 m² duplex penthouse with eight parking spaces. The infrastructure matches the project’s date: a reception lobby and an electric-car charging point were planned from the build. Interiors by João Armentano and landscaping by Benedito Abbud.

- Aesthetics: contemporary high-end.

Moema: the address
The corner tells you what this stretch is. On one side, Rua Ministro Gabriel de Rezende Passos, one of the few streets in Moema named after a person; on the other, Alameda Jauaperi, an indigenous name, from the quadrant the neighbourhood calls Índios. And less than four hundred metres away is the Sunday market on Rua dos Canários, already in the birds quadrant. Number 319 sits exactly at the fold between the two halves of Moema, and inherits the advantages of both: Estação Moema on Line 5 – Lilac four hundred and twenty metres away and Shopping Ibirapuera at five hundred, which are axis amenities; the market and Colégio Franciscano Nossa Senhora Aparecida two hundred metres away, which are block-level life. Parque Ibirapuera is a little over five hundred metres away, but it isn’t what organises daily life here — whoever lives on this corner serves themselves first from the avenue and the market.
