Praça Lindenberg Clodomiro

History

From Construtora Adolpho Lindenbergi, Torre Clodomiro is one of the two towers of Praça Lindenberg Itaim, in Itaimi, between Parque Ibirapuerai and Parque do Povoi. The developer launched the project in November 2020 and delivered the keys in 2024, with a customisation programme for floor plans and finishes (Personna).

Architecture and aesthetics

Architecture by Pablo Slemensoni, expressly inspired by New York verticality: a slender tower of twenty-nine storeys, two apartments per floor and the leisure amenities on top rather than at the base. The lift does not open onto a shared corridor — it opens into each unit’s private hall, and it is that detail that turns the 191 m² standard floor plan into practically a whole floor, with no divided landing. The greater gesture, though, is what the building gives back to the street: the landscaped square by Benedito Abbudi linking the two towers of the development is open to the public, and the developer presents it as a gift to the city — a ground floor that does not resolve itself with a wall. Interiors and common areas by João Armentanoi. The rest is engineering: armoured guardhouse, biometrics, full generator and three-phase outlet in the car park for electric vehicles.

Itaim Bibi: the address

Rua Clodomiro Amazonas runs along the seam between Itaimi and Vila Nova Conceiçãoi — so much so that the official map itself hesitates and assigns number 529 sometimes to one neighbourhood, sometimes to the other. In practice, it is the stretch of Itaim that no longer looks towards the river: Parque Ibirapuerai pulls from one side, Parque do Povoi sits almost nine hundred metres away on the other, and what dominates the block is the corridor of schools — Colégio Catamarã Vitai and Colégio Domus Sapientiaei less than 350 metres from the door, both spanning early years to secondary education. The street itself has a market on Thursdays. It is the address in Itaim organised around a family’s routine, not the Faria Limai workday.
