History

Panorama Skyline Ibirapuera is a development by Sincoi, with architecture by LE Arquitetosi, interior design by Felipe Cabocloi and landscaping by Benedito Abbudi. The programme is short by choice: a single tower, twenty-eight units, all of 248 m². Construction is under way, and the developer publishes progress month by month — in June 2026 it reported 56.33% of the total executed, with the structure practically complete and the façade under way. The listing records the project and the stage of construction; there is not yet condominium life to tell.

• Concept: few units in a single tower, with complete leisure facilities despite the reduced scale — twenty-eight families sharing a tennis court.
• Trivia: the developer keeps construction progress published and updated by stage (site preparation, foundation, structure, masonry, installations, façade and finishes), with a monthly photographic record since April 2025 — a level of construction transparency that is unusual in the segment.

Architecture and aesthetics

LE Arquitetosi resolved the brief in a single tower, with leisure concentrated in the base and on the ground floor. The element that gives its name to the project’s most distinctive space is the zen courtyard, a void treated as a pause within the arrival sequence — a landscaping decision by Benedito Abbudi that favours contemplation over usable area. The interior design is by Felipe Cabocloi.

Indianópolis: the address

Avenida Açocê is one of the indigenous-named avenues that organise Indianópolisi south of Parque Ibirapuerai — and, despite being an avenue, it has the scale of a street: a single carriageway, tree-lined, with medium-sized residential buildings on both sides. Number 808 lies on the final stretch, the most residential part, far from the bustle of Avenida Ibirapuerai but just minutes from it. It is the pattern the neighbourhood repeats and that explains its stability: the avenues named after birds and trees form the residential heart, while the major arteries stay at the edges, without cutting through the blocks. Shopping Ibirapuerai and Estação Eucaliptosi on Line 5 – Lilac take care of retail and transport at short distance, and Moemai begins on the other side of the avenue that gives the region its name.
