Primo Pinheiros

History

Primo Pinheiros is a launch by AMYi, in partnership with BT Participações, built at the meeting of Rua Mourato Coelho and Rua Arthur de Azevedo — one of the most sought-after corners of the West Zone. With construction underway, the proposal is an exclusively residential building, with spacious floor plans and no studios, a programme rare to find in the area. Architecture by PSA Arquiteturai, interiors by Estúdio Obra Primai and landscaping by Cenário Paisagismoi.

• Concept: the “first of few” — classic elements in harmony with contemporary design, spacious units and roomy spaces.
• Trivia: the developer states an expected delivery of December 2027; the year is not fixed here until construction is complete. The wellness area is designed by Tânia Ginjas.

Architecture and aesthetics

Contemporary architecture by PSA Arquiteturai, which converses with the area and presents classic elements in an up-to-date design. Interiors by Estúdio Obra Primai, which brings the refinement of Punta del Este, and landscaping by Cenário Paisagismoi, run by partners Karla Lopez and Daniela Bastos.
