Boa Vista Village
In Porto Feliz, the most urban phase of the Fazenda Boa Vista complex: apartments, villas and houses gathered around a Surf Club with a wave pool, a golf course, Fasano restaurants and a town centre inspired by Carmel and the Hamptons — less than an hour from São Paulo.

History
Boa Vista Village is the phase that brought village life to the complex JHSF opened in Porto Feliz — the same perimeter as Fazenda Boa Vista, along the km 102.5 axis of the Rodovia Castello Branco, less than an hour from the capital. While the original farm is made up of standalone houses on large tracts, and Boa Vista Estates takes low density to the extreme, the Village makes the opposite move: it densifies around a hub of communal life, with horizontal and vertical residences served by resort infrastructure and by a shopping and dining centre. JHSF describes it as a development that integrates horizontal and vertical products in a single master plan — a rare arrangement in the country.
- Concept: the country village as a programme — living around a town centre of shops, restaurants and galleries, with the Surf Club and golf as leisure anchors, instead of the standalone house in the middle of the forest.
- Trivia: the Surf Club operates a wave pool with PerfectSwell® technology, able to programme left-breaking waves, right-breaking waves, barrel waves and beginner waves; the dining carries the Fasano brand, and the town centre was inspired by elegant villages like Carmel, California, and the Hamptons, New York.
Architecture and aesthetics
The Village is the piece of the complex with the greatest built presence: here there is a unified design, with apartments and villas of defined typologies instead of free, lot-by-lot construction. The vertical residences come in named lines — Eagle, Albatross and Birdie, the vocabulary of golf — and the houses vary considerably in size, from compact modules to spacious multi-suite residences. The place’s public image is that of the town centre and the Surf Club, not a single façade: the design bets on the urban landscape of a country village, with shopping streets, a square and the wave lagoon as its heart.

Porto Feliz: the address
Porto Feliz is the town in the São Paulo countryside, on the banks of the Rio Tietê, that Fazenda Boa Vista turned into the state’s most valuable country address, along the km 102.5 axis of the Rodovia Castello Branco, less than an hour from São Paulo. Around it grew the capital’s country-house belt — golf condominiums, equestrian centres and executive aviation —, and a few kilometres away, at km 105, Cyrela planted Heritage Riviera. Within the complex itself, the Village coexists with Fazenda Boa Vista and with Boa Vista Estates: three ways of living at the same address, from the plot of millions of square metres to the apartment above the wave pool.
