Who it is
Founded in 1972 by the Auriemo family and now led by José Auriemo Neto, JHSF went public on B3 in 2007 (ticker JHSF3) and established itself as Brazil’s great reference in high-net-worth living. It navigates a complete luxury ecosystem: high-end residential and commercial development, shopping centres, Fasano-brand hotels, gastronomy and executive aviation, and it also builds and operates its own assets. In the first quarter of 2026 it reported net profit of R$ 371.6 million.

- Fazenda Boa Vista, in Porto Feliz — the open-country resort condominium launched at the end of 2007, with two golf courses, a Fasano hotel and a wave pool.
- Fazenda Santa Helena, in Bragança Paulista — the house’s second fazenda, in pre-launch, with a golf course by Jack Nicklaus and architecture by Sig Bergamin and Murilo Lomas.
- Outside residential: Shopping Cidade Jardim, Catarina Fashion Outlet, Aeroporto Executivo Catarina and the Fasano brand.
