Ritz Vila Nova

History

Built by Trisuli and completed in 2008, the Ritz was born at the moment Vila Nova Conceiçãoi stopped being a neighbourhood of houses and became São Paulo’s most expensive square metre. The design choice was the neighbourhood’s own: instead of a single tower, two sister towers on a mid-block plot, with large floor plans featuring an integrated living room and a deep balcony — the grammar that buyers in the area had come to demand.

• Concept: two sister towers, four-suite floor plans with integrated living room and wide balconies, and triplex penthouses at the top.
• Trivia: the triplex penthouses spread the house over three floors — social downstairs, private in the middle and leisure at the top, the latter with a spa, hot tub and retractable roof, plus nine parking spaces per unit.

Architecture and aesthetics

Two similar towers, with panoramic windows and balconies integrated into the living room — the design concept is light and cross-ventilation, not a façade gesture. The standard units feature a three-room living area, gourmet balcony, four suites and full staff quarters. The triplex penthouses have a private panoramic lift connecting the three floors, an internal staircase, a home cinema and a leisure terrace with a moveable roof.

Vila Nova Conceição: the address

Vila Nova Conceiçãoi is São Paulo’s most expensive neighbourhood per square metre, and the reason fits in a single block: short, tree-lined streets, top-tier neighbourhood shops and Parque Ibirapuerai a few minutes’ walk away. Rua Jacques Félixi runs through the residential heart, between Praça Pereira Coutinhoi — the neighbourhood’s social centre, with its cafés and restaurants — and Avenida Hélio Pellegrinoi. From here, Itaim Bibii and Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Limai are minutes away by car, without the neighbourhood having to live with the traffic of either.
