Edifício Delacroix was delivered in 2004 by Barbara Engenhariai e Construtora, one of the traditional high-end builders of Moema/Vila Nova Conceição. It is a single tower in neoclassical style, with about 20 units of ~307 m² (4 en-suites, 5 parking spaces) on a 1,368 m² plot, on a quiet, tree-lined street with private security, a few steps from Parque Ibirapuera.
