The neighbourhood’s story
Vila Olímpia is where the business world meets intense urban life. A former industrial area redeveloped, it became São Paulo’s “Silicon Valley”, with the headquarters of technology and financial-market giants next to Faria Lima and Berrini. It attracts a young, executive and connected resident, who values being minutes from work and from the city’s best nightlife, without giving up upscale residential towers.
The quieter residential pockets, away from the buzz of the bars and avenues, are few; there is plenty of corporate floor space, but a shortage of residential towers well insulated from the noise.
