Who they are
Grupo Bolsa de Imóveis do Estado de São Paulo is one of the oldest and most traditional firms in the São Paulo real estate market, tracing back to 1935 and more than eighty years of history. It took part in the professionalisation of the sector itself, helping to found institutions such as CRECI and SCIESP, and has delivered both large commercial developments (such as Centro Empresarial Nações Unidas) and ultra-high-end residential ones. Its development arm operates as Bolsa de Imóveis Desenvolvimento Imobiliário.
