Who they are
Yuny Incorporadora was founded in 1996 by brothers Marcos and Marcelo Mariz de Oliveira Yunes, based in Vila Nova Conceição. It operates in mid- to ultra-high-end residential and commercial property in prime areas, with around ninety developments to its name, more than twenty thousand units delivered and billions of reais in historic Gross Sales Value. It also maintains the Atua brand, for the economy segment.
