Jardim Europa: the address

Two names for the same address

The plot sits on the border between Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano, and both names are legitimate. The postcode registers Jardim Paulistano; the high-end market treats the address as Jardim Europa. This record adopts the name in common use and keeps the other for anyone searching by it.

Rua Franz Schubert is at the southern tip of Jardim Europai, in the stretch where the Companhia City layout ends over the old Pinheiros floodplain. It is an amphibious address, and the distances say it better than any adjective: 136 metres to the edge of Parque Bruno Covasi, 150 to Parque do Povoi — which is already Itaim Bibii — and 171 to Estação Cidade Jardimi, on Line 9-Emerald.
