Who they are
Construtora São José is one of the benchmarks of São Paulo’s ultra-high end, with roots going back to 1981 (the company presents itself as having more than forty years on the road). It was run by founding partners Mauro da Cunha Silvestri and Alberto Jorge Filho, and built its name with neoclassical buildings, generally one unit per floor, anchored in the prestigious axis of Jardim Europa, Jardins and Itaim Bibi, a short walk from Esporte Clube Pinheiros and Parque do Povo. In 2022, São José was acquired by Gafisa, in a deal approved by CADE — a move that reinforced its position at the top of São Paulo’s luxury market.
Construction standard
- Quality and technology: ultra-high-end buildings with generous floor plans (from around 450 m² to duplexes above 1,400 m²), one residence per floor and fine materials.
- Warranty and after-sales: a tradition of solidity and delivery; the motto “the difference lives in the details”.
- Certifications: top-tier leisure and security (lap pool, clay court, spa, biometrics and reinforced gatehouses).

- St. Paul, Rua Frederic Chopin, 217, Jardim Europa (2019, 26 units of 744 to 865 m² and 1,413 m² duplexes).
- Franz Schubert, Jardim Europa (2008), and the sequence of “St.” saints that followed in the years after.
- 106 Seridó, Jardim Europa (2012, in partnership with Yuny).
