Who it is
Gafisa (B3: GFSA3) is one of Brazil’s most traditional developers, repositioned for high income and high luxury from 2019, when businessman Nelson Tanure took control. In 2022, it acquired Construtora São José, a benchmark of high luxury in Itaim, a move that lifted it to the top of São Paulo’s luxury market. It is also a partner in the SPEs behind the Cidade Matarazzo complex, home to the Rosewood Hotel.
