By Gafisai, with architecture by Aflalo Gasperinii, interior design by Carlos Rossii and landscaping by Mera Arquiteturai, the Tonino Lamborghini Residencial anchors a branded residence with design curation by the Italian marque Tonino Lamborghini, in Jardim Paulistai, just metres from Av. Paulistai. With one apartment per floor, it carries the signature of Italian luxury design.

Architecture and aesthetics

The design is by Aflalo Gasperinii, a practice with more than six decades behind it whose modern, technical language is recognisable in the grid facades and the verticality — and here the verticality is literal: twenty-seven storeys, one apartment per floor, on a 1,005 m² plot. The gesture that defines the building, however, is what it does with the height. Instead of concentrating the leisure facilities on the ground floor, as convention in São Paulo dictates, the programme was split across three levels — ground floor, eighth floor and penthouse — and it is on the eighth that the sky bar sits, with the design curation of the Italian marque that gives the address its name. The building uses its own section as an argument: whoever goes down finds the street, whoever goes up finds the city. The interiors are by Carlos Rossii and the landscaping, by Mera Arquiteturai.

Jardim Paulista: the address

Alameda Jaúi is one of the longitudinal alamedas of the Jardinsi, parallel to Avenida Paulistai, between Alameda Campinasi and Alameda Lorenai: predominantly residential and high-rise, with shops concentrated at the crossings with the side streets. Number 550 sits in the stretch right up against the avenue’s axis — and that is why here proximity stops being abstract. MASPi, Parque Trianoni and Estação Trianon-MASPi are a few minutes’ walk away, and with them comes everything Avenida Paulistai concentrates: hospitals, offices, corporate helipads, Shopping Cidade São Pauloi and Top Center Shoppingi for everyday life.
