Emilie Moema

History

The Emiie is a launch by SKRi (March 2025) on a corner plot in Moema, a few minutes from Parque Ibirapuera and the Moema metro station. Design by LE Arquitetosi, interiors by Claudia Albertinii and landscaping by Benedito Abbudi: studios form the base of the building and support a raised leisure area, with the 3-suite apartments starting from the 8th floor. Delivery expected in 2028.

Architecture and aesthetics

The design by LE Arquitetosi reads clearly from outside: exposed columns order the façade in a vertical rhythm, and the gardens are not concentrated at ground level — they appear staggered, distributed across different levels along the volume. The section explains the rest: the studios form the building’s base and support a raised leisure area, so the three-suite apartments only begin on the eighth floor, on a corner plot of 1,400 m² which is what the block had to offer. Interiors by Claudia Albertinii and landscaping by Benedito Abbudi, responsible for the indoor and outdoor greenery.

Moema: the address

Eighty-four metres: that’s what separates number 531 on Avenida Lavandisca from the Sunday market on Rua dos Canários, the most traditional in Moemai. The measurement says what this address is — a short, bird-named residential street, backing onto the commercial front of Avenida Ibirapuerai, from where Estação Moemai on Line 5 – Lilac is three hundred metres away and Shopping Ibirapuerai three hundred and sixty. Two schools are under a hundred and fifty metres away and Parque Ibirapuerai a ten-minute walk. It is the classic layout of Moema dos Pássaros: a quiet block on one side, the whole city on the other, and the distance between the two measured in footsteps.
