History
Developed by Bueno Netto, Benx and Related (an international group), built by BN Construções, with architecture by MCAA, landscaping by Enea and Cardim, and interiors by Carlos Rossi, Parque Global runs alongside the Marginal Pinheiros as a complex of five residential towers with 1.5 km of river frontage, between Shopping Cidade Jardim and Parque Burle Marx.
- Concept: the mega-development of five towers, each with its own private garden, lobby and leisure area, on the bank of the Marginal.
- Curiosities: each tower occupies its own block of around 9,000 m², and a future “Parque Global” metro station is planned.
Architecture and aesthetics
MCAA Arquitetos‘s approach is not that of a building, but of an urban plan: instead of one large tower, five towers of forty-three residential floors each, set on their own individual block, on a total plot of 44,397 m². The result is twofold — from outside, the ensemble reads as a single skyline episode; from inside, it works as five distinct addresses, with access, garden and common areas that never mix. Below ground level, three basement floors complete the forty-seven storeys of each tower. What ties the five pieces together is the ground: the landscaping, by Enea with Cardim, is the continuous element between blocks and what makes the transition from the scale of the complex to that of the riverside. Interiors by Carlos Rossi.

Real Parque: the address
Living at 14500 on the Marginal Pinheiros means living on the riverbank, not near it: Parque Bruno Covas begins less than seventy metres away, and it was this park that turned this stretch of expressway into a waterfront — cycle path, deck and walkway where before there was only road and canal. Real Parque is the enclave that formed on this edge, between the river and the rise of Morumbi, and the address inherits both natures. On one side, avenue logistics: Granja Julieta Station, on Line 9 – Emerald, less than four hundred metres away, Morumbi Station on Line 17 – Gold just over a kilometre away, and the corporate axis of Berrini and Chucri Zaidan on the other side of the bridge. On the other, the retail and green-space neighbourhood of Shopping Cidade Jardim and Parque Burle Marx, minutes away along the same riverside road. The price of the position is what every waterfront charges — the noise and traffic of the road — and the trade-off is rare in the city: a linear park at the door, a train station on foot and one of São Paulo’s densest office hubs across the water.
