Vista Parque Ibirapuera

On a rare corner plot on República do Líbano, a few steps from Parque Ibirapuera, two towers with a single residence per floor — suspended mansions of 373 to 453 m² in the standard unit and triplexes of up to 1,184 m², with an open view over the greenery.

The plot sits on the corner with Alameda Jauaperi and Alameda dos Jaúnas; vehicle and pedestrian access is from Alameda Jauaperi, 54.

History

The Vista Parque Ibirapuera is by Kallas and occupies one of the few plots still available on this high stretch of República do Líbano, the section where the avenue already borders Parque Ibirapuera. The plot is a corner one, with three frontages — Avenida República do Líbano itself, Alameda Jauaperi and Alameda dos Jaúnas —, and it is this plot width that allowed the design approach: instead of a full floor slab, a single residence per floor in each of the two towers. The developer states an expected delivery of June 2028; the year is not fixed here while construction is not complete.

  • Concept: the “suspended mansion” — one apartment per floor, house-sized square footage and the park view treated as the project’s central value.
  • Trivia: the plot has three street frontages and access is via Alameda Jauaperi, no. 54; worth noting because more than one launch in this same stretch advertises “corner with Jauaperi” — they are distinct addresses, on opposite sides of the avenue.

Architecture and aesthetics

The architectural project is by Pablo Slemenson (PSA Arquitetura), with interiors by Triptyque Architecture and landscaping by Benedito Abbud. The two towers — named Manira and Marcella — each repeat a single typology per floor, topped by triplex penthouses; the low-density decision is what defines the product and what underpins the promise of a permanent view over Parque Ibirapuera. The complex also sets aside studios in the base, work space attached to the residences.

Moema: the address

This is the stretch of Avenida República do Líbano that is already almost park: a few hundred metres from the gate of Parque Ibirapuera, where the avenue leaves Moema‘s commerce behind and meets the tree-lined strip of Ibirapuera. The plot’s two internal frontages — Alameda Jauaperi and Alameda dos Jaúnas — are residential boulevards of the quadrant, tree-lined and with local traffic, and it is through one of them that you enter; Avenida República do Líbano, wide and busy, is reserved for the corner’s prestige face. The postal service registers the address as Ibirapuera and the market sells it as Moema — the same reading the avenue inherited from the Lebanese community clubs that named it. It is one of the few addresses in the city where the park is not a weekend outing, but the next block over.
